San Marcos Auto Outlet bought a frame damaged vehicle at auction and turned around and sold it at full value.Before purchase dealer was specifically asked about vehicle history including frame damage but this designation was not disclosed.

When confronted GM admitted that dealership was aware of the damage and made an offer to settle the situation. I accepted but then the GM changed the terms of the settlement and refuses to honor his initial settlement offer.

GM then went on to state that they can't know every little thing about their cars but in this case they knew about this issue the minute they signed the paperwork when they bought it at auction.

This is an extremely untrustworthy dealership and I would recommend going elsewhere.
